Jawab is the data controller for information processed through our website and order form. For personal data processed when our AI phone agent answers calls on behalf of a customer, we act as a data processor for the business that engaged us.

When our AI phone agent answers a call, the audio is processed in real time to understand and respond. Calls may be transcribed and stored to deliver bookings and improve the service. This processing follows the instructions of the business that engaged Jawab, which is responsible for informing its callers.

How we share data

We never sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, under data processing agreements:

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is done with appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Enquiries from the form are deleted once no longer relevant. Call data is retained according to the agreement with each customer business.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Contact us at privacy@jawab.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
